Eco-Chip rubber chippings are suitable for use as a playground safety surface or as a rubber landscaping mulch. 

Eco-Chip playground surfaces are tested to the latest British Standard EN1177:2008 and are tested onto a concrete sub-base.  Rubber chippings are available in a range of colours.  Eco-Chip play bark is made from 100% recycled materials and does not require topping up like play bark, and is much more resistant to blowing away with the wind or being carried off the area on shoes.

Used in schools and nurseries across the UK and provide a permanent solution rather than using wood chippings and are ideal for use in borders, pathways or in or around pots and will ensure that your garden will always be looking its best. No more weeding and annual replacement.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED?

This product covers 1m² per 20Kg at a depth of 5cm.

Example:  If you have an area of 50m² and you want to cover the area to 5cm you will need 1000Kg of product.  (50x20=1000) As the product is supplied in 500Kg bags you will need 2 bags.

We advise that the area you wish to cover should be weed free prior to application and a geo textile membrane should be laid first.

This product is also suitable for resin bonding.
